BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Booking Information
A little preparation helps us reserve the right time and make your visit comfortable. Please read the following information before booking.
How do I book? Should I arrive on time?
We offer one-to-one appointments. Please arrive on time. If you are unsure which treatment to choose, you may reserve any option first; your scalp care specialist will carry out scalp analysis and a consultation on the day, then recommend suitable care.
How much time should I allow for my first visit?
Please allow 1.5–2 hours. The total time varies with hair length and treatment. Listed treatment times do not include scalp analysis and blow-drying.
How far in advance should I cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us at least 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment so we can rearrange the reserved time.
Is a deposit required for a group booking?
For bookings of 2 or more guests, a deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required to reserve the appointments. The full amount is credited toward your spending on the day. Please send your transfer details after payment so we can confirm receipt.
When else is a deposit required, and is it refundable?
A deposit is required for future bookings after 1 no-show, or after a total of 2 cancellations or changes made within 3 days of an appointment. It is fully credited toward spending on the day. The deposit is not refunded for a no-show or a cancellation that does not meet our policy. Please send your transfer details after payment.
What happens if I am late?
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may adjust the treatment, shorten the service, reschedule or cancel the appointment according to availability, to avoid affecting the next guest.
Will a late cancellation or no-show affect my first-visit offer?
If your first appointment is cancelled at short notice or you do not attend, you will no longer be eligible for the new-guest first-visit offer.
Are there extra charges for extensions, dreadlocks, very long hair or special styling?
An additional NT$300 applies per item for hair extensions, dreadlocks, hair below the waist, or styling with curling or straightening irons, as these require extra time and steps. Some treatment steps may be adjusted following an in-person assessment. Please tell us about these needs when booking.
Should I wash my hair before treatment?
There is no need to wash your hair specially before your visit. Keep your usual routine so we can observe your scalp in its everyday condition.
How should I schedule care around coloring or perming?
Our store recommends leaving approximately 1 week between coloring or perming and scalp care, to avoid affecting hair color and the care results. Please tell us the date of your recent or planned appointment when booking.
Can I book after a hair transplant or scalp surgery?
Please wait until wounds have healed, with no scabs or discharge, and obtain your doctor’s confirmation before arranging scalp care. Let us know about the procedure when booking.
Should I mention scalp injections, laser treatments, scalp micropigmentation, special medication or pregnancy?
Yes. Please tell us when booking so your specialist can consider a suitable care arrangement. Ask your doctor first about any restrictions relating to procedures or medication.
Ready to plan your visit?
Tell us your preferred location, date and time, and any scalp or hair-care needs. Please also mention recent coloring, perming, procedures, medication or discomfort.
